Sr Product Merchandiser
Seeking a full-time Sr Product Merchandiser to oversee Men’s & Women’s products. This position will support the management of domestic and overseas production. Experience working across a variety of brands is desired.
- Create all product line plans and strategies for upcoming drops.
- Organize drop calendars by division and brand.
- Review and analyze the drops and report to management of that division what went to plan and how things would be adjusted for future releases.
- Determine new category opportunities and research the right supply chain and alignment to create these products
- Work closely with production and design team to supply them proper product information and vendor lead times to ensure that photo and production remains on schedule.
- Regularly research the market; have a detailed understanding of our customer’s needs and their buying behavior by brand/division.
- Review and approve CMR’s with division lead.
- Create monthly/quarterly/annually drop projections that roll up to the companies forecast.
- Elaborate the range structure: product groups, lines, price scale, etc.
- Create weekly buy meetings for all divisions with “evergreen” offerings: review buys to ensure they are accurate based off current sales and that no styles are missed.
- Participate in weekly inventory meetings to review over sold and production issues.
- Accurately forecast sales on all styles and ensure buy plan is accurate and aims to eliminate blind purchasing, manage excess inventory, and maximize net margin.
- Manage and ensure adherence to the timelines and calendars.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Clear understanding of merchandising from concept to completion
• Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to various situations
• Ability to cope with pressure, and multiple deadlines with competing priorities
• Strong computer skills, must be efficient in excel program
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow co-workers
• Committed to maintaining high personal ethics and standards
- Minimum of 5 years in product management
- Minimum of 10 years apparel experience

Cloak – Graphic Apparel Designer
Seeking a full-time graphic designer to help concept & execute graphics to be implemented across categories including tees, fleece, outerwear, headwear, accessories and other miscellany. Experience working across all categories of a brand is desired.

- Execute graphics and prints in line with the vision of the Cloak brand
- Market & trend research to create on trend graphics and prints
- Conceptualize and design screen-printed tee & fleece silhouettes
- Give direction and work with freelance artists/designers to develop new graphic stories for drops
- Build and engineer patterns in repeat and full tech to apply across all categories
- Create and maintain graphic technical specification art matrices for all styles
- Design/create into identified opportunities as architected in the range as well as bring consumer relevant ideas and concepts to the table
- Work closely with development in reviewing prototypes, strike offs, and submits for approval for all categories from design concept to production
- Ensure that all design, artwork, prints, and fabrics for sourcing are sent in correct format with all correct technical specification information to suppliers
- Design/execute all trim packages
- Stay updated on new developments in trims/packaging/consumer experience
